How to lose weight?

This is the age-old question that everyone asks…

How can I lose weight and lose weight fast?

The traditional way is to stop all our junk food, stop eating carbs and basically stop eating…

Or we jump on a trend like the keto diet, atkins diet or the 80/20 diet….

Diet, diet, diet!!

We will probably lose weight and lose weight fast, but will it stay off?

How many of us hit a plateau or regain the weight...FAST

When it comes to nutrition 90% of people fail at it.

And we are destined to fail.

Think about the emotional eating, the celebratory eating, the sad eating, the social eating…

Everything we do revolves around food.

Which is good!

Being on a “diet” doesn’t mean stop living.

Being on a diet is controlling yourself, living in moderation, and having a healthy relationship with food.

So stop with the low carb diet to lose weight.

Get off diet plans.

Or Drinking apple cider vinegar for weight loss…

None of that works long term.

The only thing that works is the relationship you have with your food.

Group Fitness

Classes are lead by a trainer to help motivate participants, modify exercises for different fitness needs and create an exciting, fun experience.


Our unique & effective classes improve your metabolism while burning maximum calories in minimal time (30 minutes); creating an increased metabolism that lasts hours and even days after exercise.


Sessions are a combination of cardio and strength movements to give you a full body workout. These 30 minute sessions are designed for all fitness levels and are welcoming to beginners.


We help members understand proper nutrition that will ensure they meet their health and fitness goals while still enjoying all the foods they love.

Personal Training

be FIT! personal trainers will provide customized programming, motivation, and a dose of fun during every step of your fitness journey. Train in-person or virtually, beginners welcome.

24/7 Health Club

Membership

be FIT is your convenient, well equipped, and friendly health club. Set your own workout schedule with our extended hours and easy club access. Located on route 10 in Easthampton.
